Enter the underground passage from the bus terminal in front of Morioka Station.

After descending into the underground passage, turn right.

Continue straight in the underground passage and turn left at the first dead end.

Keep going straight.

Then, at the next dead end, turn right.

Continue straight until you find a staircase leading to the surface; turn left and go up.

After you reach the surface, continue straight along the road.

After walking straight, you will find animate Morioka on the 2nd floor of the building on your right.
