Exit Matsuyama City Station from the front and turn right.
After turning right, head straight towards the Iyo Bank sign.
Enter the Gintengai arcade after crossing the traffic light.
Walk straight through the arcade.
Turn left just under the first hanging monitor you see.
animate Matsuyama is located on the 4th floor of the BE-FLAT building.
