Access from Matsudo Station
After exiting the ticket gate, proceed to the East Exit (to the left).
After leaving the station, enter the building immediately on your right.
Once inside the building, take the stairs on the right down to the basement floor.
Proceed to the back right corner past the namco Gashapon Department.
