A New Anime Holy Land is Born! “animate Akihabara” Grand Opening!

As part of the animate Akihabara Renewal Project, “animate Akihabara Building 2” opened on December 9, 2022.
Then, on April 28, “animate Akihabara Building 1” relocated next to Building 2 and held its grand opening!

The newly transformed Building 1 features a total of 8 floors from the basement to the 7th floor.
The basement floor offers audio-visual products and games, while floors 1 through 6 showcase trending anime works and popular character goods.
Additionally, the 7th floor now houses an Event Space where autograph sessions, talk shows, and other events will be held.
Together with Building 2, it’s a spot packed with fun where you can enjoy the entire day!

On July 13, 2024, the former animate Akihabara Main Building was reborn as “animate Akihabara ANNEX”!
The “Animate Café Gratte+ Akihabara ANNEX” also relocated and reopened on the 1st floor, UDX side, ready to welcome you.
